Return the item you wish to replace using our return by mail process. Exchange items will ship free of charge for standard shipping and handling.

If you want an exchange, please visit our website and place a new order. Our customer service team cannot order new items on your behalf. New orders must be placed on the website.
Once you have ordered a new item on our website, please contact and provide them with a new order number ID and a replacement shipping label will be provided.
If you do not reorder the item and wish to return it, it is your responsibility to return the bag for credit.
